Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pasty Operations Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall pastry operation, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring food quality and consistency to ensure high standards
  • Supervising and monitoring kitchen operations, including yield testing and product identification, following proper rotation and labeling guidelines
  • Conducting daily spot checks to ensure efficient use of all food items, minimizing wastage
  • Working closely with receiving and storeroom to ensure quality and standards are met

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Assessing freshness, presentation, and temperature of served food
  • Supervising food tasting sessions
  • Controlling food portioning, serving, requisitions, and storage to minimize wastage
  • Updating menu costing and planning as required, including F&B promotions
