The Braxtone Group is seeking an experienced Financial Director to drive its financial strategy and leadership. As a senior finance professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive financial plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's growth objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Developing and implementing a strategic financial plan to drive business growth and optimize financial performance.
  • Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for all subsidiaries and regulated entities within the Braxtone Group.
  • Providing critical financial insights to the Executive Committee, supporting business expansion, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establishing a robust financial governance framework, reinforcing internal controls and risk management practices.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements set by relevant authorities, including the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) and the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE).
  • Overseeing statutory and regulatory filings for all entities, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborating with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and legal advisors to ensure financial transparency and governance.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework, identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks effectively.
Tax Planning and Strategy

Operational Efficiency and Digital Transformation
  • Leading finance process automation and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identifying and implementing cost control measures to optimize expenses and improve profitability.
  • Working closely with business unit heads to align financial processes with operational needs and strategic priorities.
Investment and Growth Initiatives
