About the Job

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office professional to join our team as a Lobby Ambassador. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide a warm welcome to our guests, ensuring an efficient and courteous approach at all times.
  • You will actively represent the Arabian Cultural Connection program and interact with guests using the coffee and dates station.
  • You will be responsible for extending personal service and attention to all Guests, with particular emphasis on Club Rotana, VIP Guests, and Rotana Rewards Guests.
Requirements
  1. You must have a diploma/degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel.
  2. You must deal in a polite and sophisticated manner and have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  3. The ideal candidate will be customer-driven and have an extremely proactive and switched-on personality with an outgoing, charismatic, and approachable character.
  4. You should have good interpersonal skills and be smart in appearance and well-groomed.
