Job Description

Bapco Energies is seeking a skilled Corporate Finance Analyst to support the negotiation and execution of funding transactions. This role involves conducting thorough market research, producing materials for various debt investors, and developing financial models to evaluate transaction impact.

Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in structuring and executing loan funding transactions for Bapco Energies and Operating Companies.
* Develop financial models to assess transaction execution on company leverage, coverage, and liquidity ratios.
* Collaborate with the team to build a lender relationship management system and participate in ongoing relationship management.
* Research and analyze industry trends and market conditions.
* Prepare reports and presentations for Management as required.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Investments.
* Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis.
* Proficiency in financing documentation.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong knowledge of financial and corporate accounting concepts.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and data analysis.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Investments.
