Job Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and development within the Oil & Gas sector.

As a key figure, you will engage with stakeholders, build relationships with customers, and identify opportunities to propose solutions that benefit both parties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders to pursue new opportunities in Oil & Gas.
  • Establish rapport with Oil & Gas customers to understand their needs and challenges, and propose suitable products/solutions.
  • Proactively approach customers to stay informed about their business direction and investment plans, and execute sales activities from early stages.
  • Collaborate with solution team members to develop innovative solutions for Digitalization & Optimization opportunities in Oil & Gas.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales and solution members as a subject matter expert.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Oil & Gas processes, latest digital technologies, and energy usage. They should also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or minimum 10-15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry operations/projects.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development, pre-sales, consulting, or engineering disciplines.
  • Several years of experience in digital transformation or related fields, such as IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or management consulting.
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas process, optimization, and latest digital technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
