Construction Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD/BIM engineer to join our team at LeadingEdge HR Solutions. As a CAD/BIM engineer, you will be responsible for developing detailed models and drawings for construction projects using computer-aided design software.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled CAD/BIM engineer to work on a variety of construction projects. You will be working closely with our team to create technical drawings and designs using computer-aided design software.

• Develop detailed models and drawings for construction projects
• Create technical drawings and designs using computer-aided design software
• Prepare shop drawings (LOD 400) and as-built drawings (LOD 500) using CAD and BIM standards

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in CAD and BIM, with proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software. You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• 3-4 years of experience in CAD and BIM
• Strong understanding of CAD and BIM standards
• Ability to prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
