Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion in Bahrain.
- Leading and managing a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
- Overseeing the operational functioning of the company, including financial performance, customer relationships, and supplier management.
- Acting as the main ambassador of Logicom in the country, promoting its reputation and interests.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate governance policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in corporate/business leadership, with at least 5 years covering the ICT industry in Bahrain.
- Proven track record in achieving business objectives and delivering results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, channel partners, and vendors.
- Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
