Cafeteria Server

Propel Consult is seeking a skilled Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining experience. This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Assist Servers: Collaborate with waitstaff to clear and set up tables, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing empty plates, glasses, and utensils, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Communicate with Kitchen Staff: Effectively communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery, supporting the overall success of our dining operations.

• Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
• Physical Stamina: Possess the physical stamina to carry trays and handle busy shifts, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity throughout the day.
• Teamwork: Demonstrate a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team, contributing to the achievement of shared goals and objectives.
• Experience: Hold a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and contributing to successful dining operations.
