We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Kitchen Manager to oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations. As the head of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for developing and revising menus according to seasonal availability, customer preferences, and quality standards.
  • You will source high-quality ingredients and ensure proper inventory management.
  • You will train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring that all team members follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • You will create innovative dishes that showcase your expertise in international cuisine.
  • You will ensure timely execution of all food orders while maintaining high quality standards.
  • You will monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.

Your Qualifications:

  1. You have proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
  2. You hold a culinary degree or equivalent certification.
  3. You have strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on Mediterranean flavors.
  4. You possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive work environment.
  5. You have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests, suppliers, and team members effectively.
  6. You have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  7. You can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $1200 per month
