The ideal candidate will have 2 years of retail experience, with a strong background in customer-facing sales. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and build relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing full customer service and product knowledge
  • Meeting or exceeding personal goals to positively contribute to the team and store
  • Representing the brand professionally at all times
  • Attending required training and completing education and developmental tools as assigned

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also assist in the execution of visual displays, merchandising, and marketing standards to ensure the store is consistently replenished.
