We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join RESO, a dynamic organization in the SaaS industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to guide the company's financial strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with a focus on the SaaS industry
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
