Salesmanship and Interpersonal Skills

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to children.
  • Supervise and plan all activities offered at the Kids Club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
  • Create new arts and crafts for the kids club, stimulating creativity and imagination.
  • Plan and create new ideas for summer camps, Halloween parties, and Christmas events, aligning with seasonal themes.
  • Ensure that all new colleagues are trained in the daily operations of the Kids Club, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Kids Club supervisor with any incidents, guest comments, and feedback, fostering open communication.
  • Be responsible for inventory of arts and crafts, reporting when supplies are low.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the recreation area, ensuring a safe environment for children.
  • Design wall and window artwork for the Kids Club, adding a personal touch.
  • Support the kids club supervisor at the reception during busy periods, providing assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and service-oriented with an eye for detail; self-motivated and energetic.
