- Monitor and assess compliance risks, implementing measures to mitigate potential breaches.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in all compliance-related matters.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- Develop internal policies and procedures to support a strong compliance culture within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will be a Bahraini national with a minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or payment services industry. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Qualifications and Experience- Bahraini national
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services or payment services industry
- In-depth knowledge of Bahraini regulatory frameworks, including CBB regulations and AML laws
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to influence and drive compliance initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with regulators, stakeholders, and internal teams
