Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing data science teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Machine Learning Techniques: Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics methodologies.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale data science projects that drive business value.
  • Data Visualization: Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for effectively communicating complex analyses.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on results.
