Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' experience in corporate and investment banking or related areas, with a proven track record of delivering 'client to bank' in the UAE Local Corporate client segment. They will also have excellent demonstrable relationships with senior managers/decision makers and a strong understanding of the overall UAE market.

The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for:

  • sourcing new accounts and growing existing relationships
  • developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
  • building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
  • identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • contribute to the development and implementation of the UAE strategy for Corporate Coverage
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • source new accounts and grow existing relationships
  • develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and revenue
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • a minimum of 12 years' experience in corporate and investment banking or related areas
  • a degree in business administration, economics or equivalent
  • excellent demonstrable relationships with senior managers/decision makers
  • a strong understanding of the overall UAE market
  • well-versed in the WB banking product landscape
