At RESO, we're seeking a skilled Digital Media Campaign Manager to excel in our retail media team. With over 70+ countries worldwide and headquartered in Berlin, Germany, we're part of the Delivery Hero Group, pioneering local delivery platforms.

About The Opportunity

We're looking for an individual to assist in the execution and optimization of retail media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives. You'll work closely with advertisers, suppliers, and internal teams (sales, category management, operations) to support ad placements and campaign management. Your role will involve monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using key metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement.

You'll be responsible for supporting the setup, tracking, and reporting of CPM, CPC, and performance-based campaigns across the Talabat Ads platform. Additionally, you'll assist in creating advertising proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives. Effective communication between advertisers and internal teams is crucial to meet campaign deadlines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in executing and optimizing retail media campaigns to align with client objectives
  • Collaborate with advertisers, suppliers, and internal teams to support ad placements and campaign management
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, generating reports and insights for continuous improvement
  • Support the setup, tracking, and reporting of CPM, CPC, and performance-based campaigns across the Talabat Ads platform
  • Assist in creating advertising proposals and presentations to support sales initiatives
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, or a related field
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, ad operations, or campaign management is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of retail media monetization models (CPM, CPC, CPA)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and analytical tools; experience with DSPs or ad platforms is a plus
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
