As a Sales Manager – MICE & Leisure, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to attract and secure business within the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) segment, as well as the leisure market, with a specific focus on weddings and social events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business from MICE and leisure segments, focusing on weddings, social events, and group bookings.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, and sales calls to build a robust client base.
  • Engage with clients to understand their event requirements, including corporate events, weddings, and group activities, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the event planning and operations team to ensure seamless execution of MICE, leisure, and wedding events.
