Job Responsibilities
  • Clean and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards; maintain linen closets with adequate supplies.
  • Deliver genuine hospitality and personalized recognition in your area of work, promoting hotel services and products where possible.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs promptly, taking ownership of any concerns or requests and acting decisively to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain Maids Pantries in a tidy and well-stocked condition, ensuring working equipment is always clean and functional.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel/resort environment.
  • Excellent verbal English language skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts.

In order to excel in this role, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have strong communication skills. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects when required.
