We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Structural Engineer to lead our team in the development and implementation of technical delivery of structural engineering design from inception to completion.
About This RoleThis is a mid-senior level position responsible for implementing a learning and development programme to improve and develop the technical competence of the structural engineering teams. The individual must have highly developed skills in software utilisation and validation calculations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical delivery of structural engineering design from inception to completion.
- Implement a learning and development programme under the direction of the Structural Engineering Design Director.
- Maintain highly developed skillset in the utilization of software such as Revit, Etabs, SAP, SAFE, Prokon, and Tedds.
- Provide validation calculations.
- Master's degree or equivalent in civil and structural engineering.
- Experience with high rise buildings (50+ stories).
- Professional certification in civil and structural engineering is an added advantage.
- 15-20 years of experience within the structural engineering field.
- Mid-senior level position.
