Responsibilities
- Develop and implement software development strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver software products that meet customer needs.
- Identify and prioritize project requirements, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Mentor and coach engineers to improve their skills and performance.
- Investigate new technologies and tools to improve software quality, productivity, and functionality.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering, or other related field. They will have at least 7 years of professional experience developing enterprise-level, consumer-facing web applications across the full development stack, including experience leading a team of developers to deliver and maintain back-end services using .Net Framework and/or .Net Core.
