Software Security Engineer">

This role focuses on developing and maintaining the security of software systems. As a Software Security Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, implementing secure coding practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall security of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct code reviews to identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.
  • Develop and maintain secure coding guidelines and standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security features into our products.
  • Analyze and respond to security incidents, working closely with incident response teams to mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in the cybersecurity landscape, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in design reviews to ensure security considerations are incorporated into product roadmaps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on security.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and strategically.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and tools.
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).'],
