We are looking for an experienced Presales Specialist - Cloud Services to join our team at VIVA Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing presales support to our sales teams, identifying and analyzing sales opportunities, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

As a skilled Cloud Technology Advisor, you will work closely with our Account Managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your expertise in cloud technology and analytical skills will enable you to make informed decisions and drive sales revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating with sales teams, identifying and analyzing sales opportunities, and participating in achieving Cloud Presales & Solutions objectives. You will also respond to customer requests promptly to enhance the sales cycle time.

In addition, you will provide support to key customer contacts to better understand their requirements, especially in cloud migration and optimization in support of opportunity generation.
