Main Job Purpose: We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to generate new business and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across industries, understanding their insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize proposals, negotiate terms, and deliver presentations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Use CRM software to track activities, manage leads, and report performance.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for quotes, negotiations, and contracts.
  • SUPPORT CLIENTS THROUGH INQUIRIES, ISSUE RESOLUTION, and policy renewals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or Diploma degree.
  • Cert CII or equivalent (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably with corporate clients.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and underwriting.
  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop leads, and close deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and sales strategy development.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams in a dynamic environment.
