Job Description
We are seeking skilled linguists to join our team as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). As a SME, you will be responsible for providing operational contract linguist support for military operations and interpreting during interviews, meetings, and conferences.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret during interviews, meetings, and conferences.
  • Transcribe and analyze verbal communications.
  • Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information.

Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess excellent command of Somali & English verbal skills; ILR proficiency level 3 in target language and proficiency level 3 in English based on oral language skills examination.
  • Must hold a current U.S. passport.
  • Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance for access to classified information.
  • Must be willing to work in Bahrain and aboard Navy vessels for extended periods.
  • Must undergo medical examination and meet Army MOD16 requirements.
