Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities:- Fully manage your dedicated section, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Supervise and train junior staff members in their daily tasks, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
- Maintain a positive and constructive attitude, fostering a peaceful working environment and teamwork.
- Ensure knowledge of Allergens Matrix, chemicals, and hazardous substances policies.
- Implement efficient inventory management, including rotation of stock food and line checks before every service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management, providing detailed handovers and reporting maintenance issues promptly.
- Excellent cooking skills using various methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
