Job Overview

Our company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant to manage all accounting operations specific to the events and marketing industry, including supplier costs, project-based accounting, asset tracking, and expense allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with Bahrain's VAT and accounting regulations.\
  • Oversee and coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit processes.\
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabia's VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, and other regulatory requirements.\
  • Manage activities related to the Fatoora e-invoicing portal and keep up-to-date with GAZT/ZATCA guidelines.\
  • Supervise payroll, asset management, reconciliations, and other day-to-day financial transactions.\
  • Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts in coordination with management.\
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls.\
  • Implement effective cost-saving measures and optimize financial performance.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, ACCA, or CMA is an added advantage.\
  • Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the events and marketing industry.\
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across borders.\
