Senior Execution PMO Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Execution PMO Lead to join our team at SwatX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to lead our project management office in delivering high-impact initiatives.

The Senior Execution PMO Lead will be responsible for leading the development of project management best practices across the organization, overseeing the performance of key projects, and collaborating with senior management to align project outcomes with the company's strategic goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management best practices across the organization.
  • Oversee the performance of key projects and provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align project outcomes with the company's strategic goals and priorities.
  • Foster collaboration and identify risks to drive project success and operational efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement opportunities based on in-depth assessments of project performance.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and other team members to enhance their project management capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Advanced knowledge of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and relevant tools.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, and/or Agile methodologies are highly desirable.
