Job Description
You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, gathering and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. You will lead backlog prioritization and refinement, working closely with product owners and developers to ensure optimal planning. Additionally, you will manage and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. A Master's degree or MBA would be considered a plus. You should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, software engineer, or a similar role. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to navigate complex business environments. Proven experience in software development lifecycle and solid understanding of backlog prioritization and refinement within Agile frameworks are also necessary.
