At Nexcel Computer Solutions, we are seeking an experienced IT Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the development of our enterprise information and business architecture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning our IT strategy with our company's business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of evolving business needs and technology capabilities, allowing them to optimize our information management approaches. They will also promote and deliver shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve information flows.

We are looking for someone who can ensure that projects do not duplicate functionality or diverge from each other and our business IT strategies. The successful candidate will coordinate with our IT Department to provide a consensus-based enterprise solution that is scalable, adaptable, and in synchronization with ever-changing business needs.

In this role, you will discover, revalidate, and document IT policies, procedures, and evaluate their alignment with our organizational vision and strategies. You will also manage risks associated with integration, data, and IT architecture planning and/or deployment through appropriate standards and policies.

An important aspect of this position is defining and documenting the baseline and target architectures of four architecture domains: business, data, application, and technology. You will provide a gap assessment and develop training programs for our employees in IT-related subject matters.

As a TOGAF 9 Certified Enterprise Architect, you will improve our architecture frameworks to define, design, and implement simplified, standards-based, service-oriented IT architectures. You will also provide expert advice on industry and application trends in analyzing and planning current and future IT needs.

Your responsibility will include ensuring that architecture principles and standards are consistently applied. Additionally, you will provide definitions and introductions on the use of software development tools and methods to enable continuous integration, continuous deployment, automated testing capabilities.

You will be responsible for the creation and communication of documented standards and practices regarding development, application instrumentation, integration architecture.
