Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in delivering end-to-end implementation projects for medium to large organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Show expertise in D365 FO functional areas such as finance, project operations, warehouse management, and field service delivery.
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support, and reporting.
- Collaborate with onsite engagement teams and clients to gather requirements, determine expectations, and finalize deliverables.
- Evaluate and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis.
- Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing.
- Mentor junior team members and participate in presales activities, where applicable.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365 FO) or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are highly valued, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills; additional fluency in one or more languages is desirable.
- Experience working in Shared Services or nearshore teams is advantageous.
- Ability to travel frequently and perform under minimal supervision.
