Cash Management Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Cash Management Leader to spearhead our Treasury operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, including cash concentration, wires, and account funding.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in corporate or banking finance, with a deep understanding of cash management, pension management, treasury, capital markets, and corporate finance. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Banking is required, along with relevant certifications such as Series 7 and Associate PRM.

You will manage cash management banking and financial institution relationships, negotiate bank fees, and implement new bank technologies and services. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of treasury operations policies and procedures and work closely with management to ensure compliance to standards and controls.

You will play a crucial role in supporting long-term capital markets activities, including debt financings, and ensuring sufficient liquidity for working capital needs. The successful candidate will possess outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced team environment.
