Vehicle Diagnostics Specialist

As a skilled Vehicle Diagnostics Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician, physical fitness, flexibility for long shifts, understanding of automotive air-conditioning, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and good problem-solving skills.

About the Role:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues: Use your technical knowledge and expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicle problems.
  • Communicate effectively: Clearly communicate diagnostic findings to service advisors and customers, ensuring that everyone is informed and up-to-date on the status of their vehicle.
  • Maintain a professional appearance: Present yourself in a professional manner at all times, wearing clean uniforms and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Keep customer vehicles clean: Ensure that customer vehicles are kept clean and organized, reflecting positively on our brand and service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience as an Automotive Diagnostic Technician.
  • Physical fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work long shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of automotive air-conditioning: Knowledge of how to diagnose and repair automotive air-conditioning systems.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools: Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and software.
  • Good problem-solving skills: Ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
