Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Enhance overall efficiency and service delivery by driving improvement of IT governance frameworks.
  2. Collaborate on Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk effectively by working closely with stakeholders.
  3. Establish Data Governance Policies: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement robust data governance frameworks.
  4. Meet Regulatory Requirements: Develop strategies to meet required quality and strategic standards for Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  5. Lead ESG Initiatives: Serve as the single point of contact for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's highly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years operational experience working in IT, with at least 5 years experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Extensive exposure to IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
