Entry-Level Sales Representative Opportunity

The primary objective of this role is to generate revenue by actively selling insurance products or policies directly to customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce new business and persuade potential customers to purchase insurance products.
  • Obtain referrals and leads from various sources through lead generation activities.
  • Contribute to collecting data, converting it into qualified leads, and closing sales deals.
  • Serve customers by selling insurance products and reaching out to individuals for sales opportunities.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policies based on evaluations of results and market developments.
Key Qualifications
  • High school certification; diploma and work experience preferred.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Good understanding of insurance services.
Work Environment

Normal working hours are 40 hours per week. Working hours may include rotating shifts, weekends, and evenings.
