About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Content Specialist to join our team at RESO. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital content across various platforms such as social media, websites, blogs, and videos.

The successful candidate will have the ability to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas, tailor content for different platforms, and ensure it aligns with our brand messaging, voice, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Production: Create original content including text, images, videos, blogs, podcasts, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Content Strategy & Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies and calendars, research audience trends, interests, and competitors to craft relevant content.
  • Content Creation: Use marketing equipment to create visual content, collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute creative photoshoots and videography.
  • Editing & Refining Content: Edit content to ensure it's clear, grammatically correct, and of high quality, adapt content for different formats, adjusting tone and style based on platform and audience.
  • Engagement & Community Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and questions on social media, foster a positive community by interacting with followers and maintaining engagement.
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure content success, adjust content strategies based on performance data to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
