Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. As a Lead Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions using Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud, and Industry cloud. You will work closely with engineers to design, deploy, and continuously improve existing integrations and provide guidance on Force.com, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, LWC, and out-of-the-box features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in design discussions and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Users to understand requirements and create design documents
- Guide the development team through development, testing, and implementation activities
- Perform production support activities such as configuration changes and data changes
- Engage with Infra teams to implement changes in production environments

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Bulk and Metadata API
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
