Nuclear Expert with Regulatory Oversight Experience

The position of Nuclear Regulatory Oversight Expert at NTU International A/S is a unique opportunity to contribute to the strengthening of nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure in Egypt.
About the ProjectNTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project called Strengthening Egyptian Nuclear Safety and Radioprotection Regulatory Infrastructure. The overall objective of this action is to enhance the nuclear safety and radioprotection regulatory infrastructure of the Egyptian Nuclear and Radiological Regulatory Authority (ENRRA).
Key Responsibilities- Support the core team during the implementation of the project
- Contribute to the training and qualification of NPP operating staff
- Provide expertise in regulatory oversight of transport and trade, if required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A University degree (at least Master level or equivalent diploma) in natural science, engineering, or other relevant discipline
- A very good command of spoken and written English (minimum CEFR Level B2)
- At least 7 years of experience working in a regulatory body (or TSO) for radiation or nuclear safety
- At least 5 years of experience with training and qualification of NPP operating staff
