Breakfast Chef Duties and Responsibilities:- Taking control of the breakfast service to ensure guests receive a truly delicious and memorable experience.
- Cooking and managing breakfast services while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
- Ensuring stock levels are optimized and ingredients are stored under ideal conditions.
- Preparing dishes according to the correct recipe and quantity.
- Monitoring food production, preparation, and presentation to guarantee the highest quality at all times.
- Assisting in menu planning and new dish creation.
- Liaising with the Purchase Manager regarding daily raw materials for breakfast services.
- Ensuring cost efficiency and achieving budget goals.
- Adhering to Health & Safety policies and regulations.
- Attending training courses as required.
- Performing other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts
- 2-3 years of experience as a Breakfast Chef
- Able to tackle every task given with the highest enthusiasm
- An excellent team player with a passion for cooking
- Able to handle pressure calmly and professionally
