About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our team at RESO. As a Teacher of Fine Arts, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students in music and drama. Your responsibilities will include developing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and participating in extracurricular activities. You will also contribute to the development of external exam preparation strategies and provide support to academically low-performing students. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, English proficiency, and at least one year of teaching experience. You should also demonstrate professional behavior, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement lesson plans for music and drama classes

- Assess student progress and provide feedback

- Participate in extracurricular activities such as art exhibitions and physical education events

- Develop external exam preparation strategies

- Provide support to academically low-performing students

- Attend training sessions to enhance your understanding of the SABIS system and improve student outcomes
