We are looking for an experienced Sales and Catering professional who can consistently exceed guest expectations. As a key member of our sales and catering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded at all times.
You will promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination within your department and other departments. You will interact with outside contacts, including guests, vendors, media, and other contacts as needed.
Your primary goal will be to perform duties as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM), especially in the absence of other team members when needed. Key responsibilities include completing productivity reports for corporate accounts and meetings accounts, negotiating and contracting for existing and new corporate accounts, and achieving monthly targeted levels of telemarketing calls and field sales.
In addition, you will monitor budgets and participate in up-selling hotel products and services while minimizing waste to increase revenue. You will provide guests with information to enhance their experience via email campaigns, hosting FAM trips, and site inspections as needed.
