Nursing Faculty Member

The ideal candidate for this Lecturer in Nursing position will have a strong background in teaching, assessing, and managing students in an academic environment. They should be developing a track record in nursing/health services research as evidenced by publications in the area.

• Direct, coordinate, teach, and assess across assigned modules/programs.
• Mentor students and monitor student assessment and progress.
• Engage with academic staff to enhance education and research capacity within the School.

A senior lecturer level may be available for candidates who meet the senior lecturer criteria.

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered Adult Nurse and educated to Master's Level.
• Previous experience in teaching, assessing, and managing students in an academic environment.
• Developing a track record in nursing/health services research as evidenced by publications in the area.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in being a year, module or subject lead or director.
• Recognised specialist nursing qualification which compliments the portfolio of programs delivered in the School.
