The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and delivering workshops, seminars, and training sessions on topics like deployment and mobilization support, life skills education, family advocacy, and emergency preparedness.
Responsibilities:- Training Development: Create engaging and informative training programs for military personnel and their families, focusing on deployment readiness, family support, relocation assistance, and financial management.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Analyze data from program evaluations and needs assessments to continuously improve educational offerings and enhance the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Group Program Facilitation: Design and deliver group programs tailored to the unique needs of military personnel and their families, targeting at-risk groups such as first-term service members, socially isolated families, single parents, and special needs families.
- Pre- and Post-Deployment Briefings: Develop and deliver briefings for military personnel and their families before and after deployment, ensuring materials are tailored to the needs of each command.
- Public Awareness Campaigns: Organize and lead public awareness campaigns and prevention education in support of Family Advocacy Program (FAP) initiatives, such as National Child Abuse Prevention and National Domestic Violence Awareness months.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to continuously improve educational offerings and enhance the effectiveness of educational programs.
