Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development within the paint, coatings, or chemical industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Strong knowledge of the paint & coatings market in Bahrain and KSA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinking with a growth-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus.
