Job DescriptionThis full-time on-site role for a Practice Manager is located in Northern Governorate, Bahrain. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the clinic, manage staff, ensure excellent client service, and maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries with ease
- Managing inventory, overseeing financials, and ensuring compliance with veterinary policies and procedures
- Fostering strong leadership and team management skills to drive success
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of veterinary software and clinic management systems
- Experience in customer service and client relations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Sciences, or a related field
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or healthcare practice management is a plus
