IT Governance and Compliance Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance and Compliance professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, and other relevant standards and frameworks. Hands-on experience with VA tools such as Nessus or Qualys is a plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading GRC engagements and IT audits, reviewing and preparing project deliverables, and acting as the point of contact for clients during engagement execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute GRC engagements and IT audits.
  • Review and prepare project deliverables.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients during engagement execution.
  • Evaluate business and IT risks.
  • Audit IT organizations, processes, and systems against regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement client initiatives focused on reducing technology risk, governance, and compliance with policies and external regulations.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ITIL, ITSM, COBIT, ISO 31000, and NIST standards and frameworks preferred.
  • For the GRC role, hands-on experience with VA tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys) would be an advantage.
  • Experience in risk management principles and associated methodologies.
  • Ideally, candidates will have CEH/ISO 27001 ISMS/ISO 22301 BCMS/CISA/COBIT/CISM qualifications.
  • Proven ability to make sound pragmatic decisions and judgments under tight timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to influence and drive change collaboratively both internally and externally.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience: 1 to 5+ years in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure atmosphere with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
  • Exceptional client service with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Arabic is a plus).
