As a seasoned offset program specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage offset programs for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess risks and opportunities associated with offset programs, ensuring proactive risk management and optimized outcomes.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to optimize program success and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop strategic plans, project management techniques, and financial strategies to drive results and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on agreements, MOUs, and other business considerations related to offset projects.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets for offset opportunities and capitalize on emerging trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration and Finance, complemented by 5+ years of experience in the defense industry, with a minimum of 3 years in offset programs.
  • Proven knowledge of offset regulations, compliance, and reporting, accompanied by excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential for effective collaboration and data analysis.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Professional certification such as CSCP, PMP, or CIPS can demonstrate expertise and commitment to excellence.
  • An engineering degree can provide a unique perspective and skillset in managing complex offset programs.
