Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pools and Beach Bar Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our pool and beach bar team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and have an unforgettable experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist our bartenders and servers in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our guests. This may include tasks such as clearing and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service, as well as greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards.

  • Clearing and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service in an unobtrusive manner.

  • Greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards to ensure superior service.

  • Assisting bartenders and servers in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to guests.

We expect our Pools and Beach Bar Attendants to be flexible and able to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a bartender assistant or similar role.

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, preferably MICROS.

  • Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.

  • General knowledge of food and drink menu items.
