As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our facilities' rotating and static equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on gas compression packages and supporting equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Carry out preventative, corrective, and planned maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues with natural gas turbines, engines, and compressors.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment such as natural gas engines, turbines, compressors, and pumps.
  • Enter information into the CMMS database, creating and closing work orders, and completing service reports.
  • Collaborate with mechanical supervisors to develop procedures and improve the overall maintenance program.
  • Develop and adhere to standard operating procedures and processes as directed by supervisors.
  • Assist with equipment operations and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, Enerflex project requirements, and company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Hold a Technical or Engineering degree in a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Possess strong maintenance experience on Solar Mars 100 gas turbines, centrifugal compressors, and processing equipment.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is an asset.
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure, be a team player, positive, and respectful.
Working Conditions

Remote site working conditions, hot and humid climate, long working hours, and on-call duties.
