About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance and support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and patching systems.
  • Document and track technical issues using a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance acceptable)
  • US Citizenship required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in IT systems
  • Minimum 4 years in IT customer support and 2 years in a military environment
  • Required certifications: A+, Network+, Security+CE, CCNA
  • Associates degree in Networking or 11 years of recent specialized experience
