We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all BOH activities across multiple restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and organize the setup of the kitchen prior to opening, ensuring all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
  2. Prepare specific kitchen stations by bringing all food containers to that point in the line, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  3. Cook specific portions of each plated meal, adhering to the highest quality standards.
  4. Assist with marinating, cutting, and pre-cooking foods as needed, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the successful running of the restaurant.
  5. Clean the kitchen before closing, ensuring all areas are spotless and sanitized.
  6. Perform additional duties as required, such as plating food creatively to maximize customer enjoyment.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent is required; culinary qualification is preferred.
  2. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  3. Ability to work well in a team environment is crucial.
  4. Excellent listening and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  5. Knowledge of safety and sanitation best practices is mandatory.
  6. Passion for delivering high-quality food and service is essential.
  7. Multitasking and organizational skills are necessary to manage competing priorities.
  8. Availability to work shifts during weekends and holidays is required.
